Q. I don’t have a 360° photo to view A. This app does not include shooting features. Please prepare a 360° equirectangular photo in advance (e.g. taken with RICOH THETA or another 360 camera), then import it from your photo library. Q. The photo does not display correctly A. Please make sure the photo is a standard equirectangular 360° photo (2:1 aspect ratio). Photos not in this format may not display correctly. Q. Cannot select a photo from the library A. Please check photo library permissions (Settings → Easy360Viewer → Photos). Q. The app crashes or does not launch A. Please try the following:
